Centre Sante de la Grace du Bon Samaritain, Cazale ("Grace of the Good Samaritan Health Center") is a medical facility established under the direction and funding of Real Hope For Haiti, Inc. As a faith based medical center serving the population of Cazale, Haiti and the surrounding rural mountain villages, we will strive to meet the medical, economic, and spiritual needs of all persons that we serve with compassion, excellence, and hope in the Name and to the Glory of Jesus Christ. We will continually seek to bring notable and sustained improvements in personal and public health care to the ill and community health promotion and education. We will utilize all avenues possible to promote continued education and improved skills among our staff. We promise to treat each patient and employee with respect and confidentiality and actively request and consider all suggestions for improvements for better service and quality health care.

The clinic is opened Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for general consultations from 7am until 5pm. They are opened Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7am-12pm for dressing changes and appointments. The clinic is available 24 hours a day for any emergency situations that may arise. They charge a small consultation fee of approximately $1.50, but give medications away for no charge. They give benevolent financial and nutritional aid when deemed necessary. They accept all emergency cases on a no-pay basis. There is a committee of 3 clinic staff that approves patients to be seen on a no-pay basis when the patient can prove inability to pay.
