In our efforts to help improve the quality of life of the Haitian people, we are open and willing to aid any and all Haitians in all departments and the diaspora. We want to be a blessing to their lives and families in helping with spiritual, physical, emotional, social, and educational needs. We will not turn away a person based on their place of birth or place of residence.

Since working in the area of Cazale since March 1998, we have tried to focus our efforts of work in this village. We first started out helping the approximately 10,000 residents in the Cazale area in the area of education, health, food, evangelism, and benevolent aid. This area includes Germain, Macomme, Cadette, Grand Chemin, Belneau, Belair, Cada, Pity, and Ropissa. The majority of this population are farmers or transport and sell crops in local markets. The average yearly income is approximately $350 US. There are 12 schools and 10 churches in the area that we have partnered with throughout the years. It is by this type of collaborating effort that we hope to encourage change and promote sustainability.

The local population grew to love and trust us and began to tell friends and family about the work we do and our heart to serve. This caused others from more distant villages to seek out the care, love, and education that we provided. We started helping others in the villages of Fond Blanc, Dangoula, Boudou, Enard, St. Joseph, Gauthier, Countanceau, Sophie, Cameau, and Bethel. The extra amount of people required additional funds, medications, staff, and supplies; but, we saw that it was necessary to continue helping anyone that had a need.

As the years have went by, we have assisted more and more people from even more distant towns such as Cite Soleil, Port-au-Prince, Bon Repos, Cabaret, Sodo, Lachappelles, LaCoupe, Delice, Cx-des-bouquets, Arcahaie, St. Marc, and Lagonave. Currently, our target population for meeting acute health care needs is anyone willing to come to the clinic. Our target population for health promotion and community health education is the villages of Fond Blancs, Cadette, Germain, and Cazale. There are plans to expand these service in the future.
