Faith

I love those step out in faith and are not afraid to do some “water walking”.

update on Dr. Jen’s post

UPDATE (Friday afternoon): Please see Licia’s post from today here. I am going out on a limb and will be purchasing another ~$2500 worth of medications to be sent to Haiti ASAP. I don’t have the funds for these meds yet but am trusting they will come in. Please help if you can! See below for information on how to donate. Thanks

They see a need and they believe that God will meet it.  I have seen it happen over and over and over again here at RHFH.  God meets all our needs.  We are out of a medication, and we look on the shelf and it is there.  We are low on diapers and someone calls or visits and bring a suitcase full in to us.  We are down to our last few boxes of IV fluids and someone brings a truck load.  So exciting and encouraging to be a part of.  I have no doubt that God is going to meet this need for these supplies for the cholera house.  Not even a little tiny bit of doubt in this tired body tonight.  I know God loves each and ever person that is at the cholera house tonight.  88 people are sleeping 2 on a cot.  They come to the cholera house and they believe if they can make it to the gate they will live.  They have no doubt that the staff will love them and care for them.  So maybe tonight you cannot come help us here in Cazale.  You will not get to start an IV, you will not get to hold a sick child, you will not get make a bed, you will not get to dump the buckets of poo, (65 five gallon buckets today) you will not get to see them in the flesh recover from this thing called cholera.  But you can help us by praying for these patients.  You can help us my giving for these much needed medications and supplies. See the post below for details. Don’t miss out on your blessing. There is no greater blessing for me than to serve God in this beautiful country.  So very tired tonight, but blessed so very blessed to serve my Lord Jesus.
